‘Paradise Action II: Westing’

Hannah Campion’s draped and dreamy rainbow, ‘Painting XIII’ played backdrop to Zassō Fūkei’s ‘Paradise Action II: Westing’. Words read from The Book of Chuang Tzu blurred into a mesmeric atmosphere of reverberating sound and layers of spacious rhythms that seemed to transport the exhibition somewhere else.

Zassō says, “I was reading various selections on the topic of death from Chapter 18: Perfect Happiness.”
