'Sculptures of Strength, Power and Courage'

It shares an extract of 'Sculptures of Strength, Power and Courage' by the truly inspiring poet and novelist, Zehra Fatima. Zehra's poetry in this exhibition has been taken from her book, 'Forbidden to Fly', a collection of poetry and prose.

Zhera says of her book ‘Forbidden To Fly’,

“My words are voice of every radiant smiling strong woman we come across everyday but barely notice these women are strangle held to the ground of fear and societal norms who are fighting silent battles and facing seemingly impossible challenges everyday. Each word is carefully sewn together with the letters of hope...to bring out the strong out of weak, the light out of darkness, the sun behind the clouds, the extra-ordinary out of ordinary”
