Hi, my name is Amy South. I'm an artist and curator living in Newcastle, and I'm in the process of creating something called Planet Ice Cream.
I'm raising £3,000 to access functional nutrition support, including recommended testing and supplements, to help me better understand what my body needs and support my health so I can continue building Planet Ice Cream in a healthy and sustainable way.
